Division of Quality Assurance and Accreditation

Division consists of quality assurance and academic performance of the two divisions, namely:

• evaluate university performance: – The Division of Performance Evaluation university Bamham the following:

1 – Performance Evaluation of the university through
A – file full calendar of college and accurate data, which are installed and certified by the Dean and his assistant for Academic Affairs
B – Check the calendar data in the files of the sections and branches in the college after its ratification by the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.
C-  Check the calendar file to perform the heads of departments and aide to Brig.


2 – Conducting the research calendar: The studies do many of the calendar related to the development and improve the performance of staff Aaji Adile in college and faculty and administrative leaders in the college, which discusses the following topics.
A – Alodivi satisfaction of workers in relation to higher education performance.
B – Training and its relationship to improve the quality of the performance of a faculty member in higher education.
C
– Calendar Memberlist training programs for faculty and staff working in higher education.
D
– incentives and fringe benefits and their relationship to the performance of faculty and staff working in higher education
E
– Reasons for dropout and repetition rates for students of higher education and methods of treatment

3 – Evaluating the performance of staff through
A – Check the calendar files of employees in the college and ongoing service and appointed on the permanent staffing
B – Check turnip calendar for staff in the college and ongoing service and appointed to the temporary staffing
C – Send an annual summary of the file to evaluate the performance of your staff to supervision and scientific evaluation in the university

4 – evaluating the performance of teaching staff
A – distribution of files on the calendar Tdrisien departments and branches and units in the College
B – Check the validity of the data are installed in calendar form.
C – the calendar for the distribution of the files Tdrisien researchers in research centers in the college and checking of data installed in it.
D – Check data files for the calendar to members of the Altdrisiep who hold an administrative point of and leadership in the college.

* Quality Assurance and Accreditation
1 – To propose strategies and plans and operational policies to ensure quality and reliability
2 – Develop a system standard specifications of the educational institution
3 – Set guidelines for the application of quality methods and Academic Accreditation
4 – design files, forms and tables to evaluate the performance and distributed to departments to meet the required data
5 – Provide advice and guidance, including organization must do in order to achieve the desired level of quality in full accordance with accreditation standards
6 – Establishing the website of the Center for quality assurance, accreditation and strive to continuously update
